Ingredients:
½ cup of salt
¼ cup of aloe vera juice / gel
¼ of the oil of your choice
1 tbsp. of dried lavender flowers
10 drops of essential lavender oil
Procedure:
Mix together to form a thick paste. If too dry, add a few extra drops of oil.
Use:
Apply in the shower with a washcloth / loofa / rub gently using the palms fo your hands. Scrub in a circular motion on the body and face to make sure the dead skin is lifted off of the skin. Enjoy your beautifully fresh rejuvenated skin after your natural salt scrub!
